Porky's III: The Next Next Day

So many pork-related festivities in Brooklyn. Who knew?


My buddy Kayne threw a party at his place this past Saturday. He smoked an 8lb pork loin from Western Beef on his back deck. Flavor was added by the mix of hickory and apple wood chips used for smoking, and the bacon that he wrapped the pork in (for some naughty pork-on-pork action). It was a great time - and as an added bonus I think my hair is retaining has a nice hickory applewood fragrance as a gentle reminder of last night's shindig.
