Got a kick out of this one. It's full of great workout routines, such as, "Just lay like this and try to forget that, in college, you could do 25 crunches and look just like an Abercrombie and Fitch model for 6 fucking months, and now you need to run, lift, punch, and east just right to break even at 'almost fat.' You have to do that forever. Everything hurts, everyone looks better than you and every day from now on will be worse than the one before."


It's funny because it's true.
