Pork Rind Garbage Plate Discovered in Tijuana!

West Coast Feed Has Breaking News - Giant Pork Rinds South of the Border!

Yummm!!!

A couple of weeks ago I was south of the border working on a new television pilot... when I discovered these!  Dare I say, it is the Pork Rind Garbage Plate?

This pic is missing one of three hot/barbecue sauces you choose to drench your rinds in, I took it pre sauce to see if I could really capture the size of the pork, onions, and limes involved in this delicacy...

I wish I could give you a first hand account on how this beast tasted but seeing as I have become a germ-a-phobe in my later years, I didn't touch anything south of Chula Vista (for all you East Coasters, Chula Vista is still in the US).

More from the WCF to come, next "What happens when you mix Paris, Gwen, Luke, Vegas, Reality Stars and Merlot Together?"

Wow.

Just when I thought the garbage plate couldn't get any nastier. I try to avoid foods with names containing the word "rind," unless it is immediately preceded by the name of a citrus fruit.

When I was a kid I used to like pork rinds. I thought they were fake, like how Funyuns are fake onions. I figured since pork rinds had a Funyun-like texture, and they came from the same shelf in the snack aisle, they must be made from corn meal and air. It wasn't until years later that I learned the grim truth.

It's great to hear from the Griz. We need more correspondents out in the field!
